Davesprite: weird bird best bro.

seriously though davesprite is still dave! so even though the fact that he's from a different timeline and also part bird is weird, john still thinks he's awesome. totally not cool, but awesome.

Jade: good friend. still not entirely sure how he feels about the whole sibling thing, but she is ectobiologically his sister and he honestly probably could not ask for a better slime goop sibling. going to be so confused when he finds out how far back she's from compared to him (but he'll get over it pretty quickly probably because timeline shenanigans aren't anything new.)

Rose: like with davesprite, it's weird she's from another timeline, but she's still rose. and it's definitely good to see a version of her that's not all weird and grimdark, although he already kind of did through jade's portal thing.

Terezi: wow he still doesn't quite trust you. he doesn't resent terezi for getting him killed, though. he just doesn't know her that well and she's kind of freaky.
